Anyone who deems it right to slag her or her family off on social media is an absolute cunt with a pointless existence. How fucked up do you have to be to feel that that’s the right thing to do? It was her life and the way she chooses to deal with her illness and the battle that goes with it is entirely up to her. Unless you’ve been in that situation you simply have no right to judge.
My thoughts are with her family and I hope her little boy grows up and is able to look back and be unbelievably proud of his mum, which I’m sure he will. It’s an awful disease which causes devastation to so many.

Very sad, brave woman to go Public with it and highlight the issue.
the worst part of this is the fact she has been berated and slagged off on social media, idiots telling her she didn't try hard enough to beat this, she is attention seeking and worse, most has been taken down but there are some heartless and selfish fuckers in this world.

I can only repeat what has already been posted. There's someone on here who lost his Mrs at a similar age and he also has a young son. I often think of him and wonder how do you begin to cope in a sutuation as dreadful as this.
I hope some of the soppy cunts you hear about moaning and berating everything and everyone in their lives read about this poor family and then think how fortunate they are. But they wont.

Her strength, courage and bravery is truly inspirational.
Apparently she has wrapped birthday presents for her son until he's 21, heartbreaking.
i lost my niece when she was 40 in a similar situation.
Fucking awful disease!

She seems to be carrying the burden with an air of grace and dignity sadly lacking in modern humanity - and I include myself in that set; I'm not sure how I would cope or react to being in possession of such knowledge.
May the end be peaceful and I wish her family strength & courage.

I'm an 'older Dad' (second time around) and this sort of thinking is always an underlying niggle, even when there is no obvious reason to think death is imminent.
It must be how grandparents feel on the quiet... it's great to have a new baby appear, but you know you'll probably be long gone before the big events happen in their little lives. Very sad.
Leaving a four year old is really too awful to contemplate. Credit to Rachel for having the gonads to speak out about it.
